TECHmark was established in July 2000 by OSAI S.p.A. as a distributor of electronics modules.
Oriented to state-of-the-art solutions, over the years TECHmark has specialised in the design, manufacturing and sales of products dedicated to Industrial Automation and has created its own fanless embedded PCs and Panel PCs product lines without moving parts and equipped with embedded operating systems. At the beginning of 2009 OSAI S.p.A. merged into the PRIMA ELECTRONICS S.p.A.
